Beth Upton has been a professional fundraiser since 2002 when she joined Macmillan’s corporate fundraising team. Over her career she has worked in most fundraising disciplines and specialised in high-value fundraising from both trusts and major donors. She studied her professional fundraising qualifications at the Open University and more recently passed (with merit) the Certificate in Philanthropic Psychology at the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy. Beth qualified (ILM Level 7) as a Coach in March 2023.
Rachal Minchinton is a senior fundraising professional and has been delivering income from a variety of sources for 20 years. Rachal has expertise in relationship building and creating solutions to the challenges faced by fundraising teams of all sizes. She specialises in high value giving, and statutory funding, and has experience in strategic planning and evaluation and research. Rachal enjoys working in partnership with organisations to find solutions which work for them.

Hannah Shepherd is a dynamic, experienced Philanthropy Team Manager and Leader, who loves to inspire, coach and celebrate her team meeting and exceeding targets.
An exceptional fundraiser, she has a track record of securing and stewarding six & seven figure gifts from High Net Worth Individuals. Hannah is confident in managing Senior Stakeholders, Trustees and Donors to collaboratively to deliver funds for complex beneficiary focused projects and capital campaigns.
Jane has worked in the charity sector for over 25 years, across corporate, trust, major donor and capital appeal fundraising, from beginner to Director of Fundraising and Communications level.
She specialises in high value giving, capital appeals and strategic planning. She loves supporting teams to be the best they can be. Jane is passionate about helping organisations at leadership and Board level to fully appreciate fundraising and its centrality to the sustainability of an organisation.
As a qualified ICF coach and mentor she supports people to unlock their potential and find a way forward to achieve their goals.
Jane is also a Trustee of Air Ambulance Kent Surrey and Sussex.

Stacey Teece is a skilled Trust Fundraising Consultant with over 18 years of experience in income generation and relationship building. She has a strong track record of success across diverse causes, including health, social welfare, animal welfare, disability, and fuel poverty, having worked for both large national charities and small, community-based organisations.
Stacey’s career highlights include securing transformative funding such as a £400,000 UK Shared Prosperity Fund grant and multiple six-figure National Lottery awards. She is passionate about using her expertise to empower charities through tailored fundraising strategies, coaching, and training.
With a collaborative approach, Stacey excels at helping organisations craft compelling cases for support, develop robust pipelines of funders, and identify innovative funding opportunities. She has also designed and delivered impactful training sessions to equip teams with the tools they need to thrive in competitive fundraising environments.
Stacey’s commitment to effective communication is evident in her ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. She has been featured in media interviews, including on BBC Radio 4, and is often called upon to represent her organisations in public forums.
