Beth Upton has been a professional fundraiser since 2002 when she joined Macmillan’s corporate fundraising team. Over her career she has worked in most fundraising disciplines and specialised in high-value fundraising from both trusts and major donors. She studied her professional fundraising qualifications at the Open University and more recently passed (with merit) the Certificate in Philanthropic Psychology at the Institute for Sustainable Philanthropy. Beth qualified (ILM Level 7) as a Coach in March 2023.
Rachal Minchinton is a senior fundraising professional and has been delivering income from a variety of sources for 20 years. Rachal has expertise in relationship building and creating solutions to the challenges faced by fundraising teams of all sizes. She specialises in high value giving, and statutory funding, and has experience in strategic planning and evaluation and research. Rachal enjoys working in partnership with organisations to find solutions which work for them.

Stacey Teece is a skilled Trust Fundraising Consultant with over 18 years of experience in income generation and relationship building. She has a strong track record of success across diverse causes, including health, social welfare, animal welfare, disability, and fuel poverty, having worked for both large national charities and small, community-based organisations.
Stacey’s career highlights include securing transformative funding such as a £400,000 UK Shared Prosperity Fund grant and multiple six-figure National Lottery awards. She is passionate about using her expertise to empower charities through tailored fundraising strategies, coaching, and training.
