The brief
The European Leadership Network (ELN) is a UK-based NGO that works behind the scenes across Europe to prevent global conflict and reduce nuclear risk. Its fundraising team did not have the expertise or capacity to review and refresh the case for support it sends to prospective donors ahead of face-to-face meetings and distributes at events.
What we did
We were asked to renew its brochure for senior business decision makers and individual philanthropists. We reviewed its current case for support and developed an outline for explaining the urgency of its work on conflict reduction and nuclear non-proliferation, with ideas for positioning the charity emotively.
Results
A concise case for support that reflects the organisation's core mission, urgency and aspirations.
A framework the team has gone on refreshing itself as its work develops.
