Interim trust fundraising during reduced capacity. Approved March 2020.
The brief
Venture Trust is a personal development charity that supports people aged 16 and over who face complex circumstances. Trusts and foundations are a key income stream for it.
Its team was going to have reduced capacity for a specific period, which meant fewer applications than usual. It wanted to keep up the volume of its trust fundraising.
What we did
Our consultant supported its trusts and foundations work for a specific programme. She wrote a case for support, prepared several high-value applications and created a template small trust application.
Results
The charity kept making applications at the rate it would normally have done.
A case for support and a template small trust application for the team to reuse.
Several high-value applications were pending when the results were recorded.
"Without Money Tree, we would not have been able to make as many applications in the period as we were able to do."
